This Agnes Water Kit Home was slightly modified internally to suit the owner's requirements.

With large verandah's and open plan living this suits our Queensland climate and modern day living.......

SUB FLOOR

Sub floor laid, joists being fixed onto verandah

WALL FRAMES

Verandah laid, wall frames are being erected

ROOF TRUSSES

Roof trusses being erected, in preparation for roof

ROOF

Roof has been erected, sisolation to the exterior walls, and windows have been fixed in place

EXTERIOR CLADDING

Roof is now complete, the exterior of the kit is now being cladded with 200mm Smooth Weathertex Cladding

VERANDAH RAILINGS & EXTERIOR FINISHED

Cladding is now complete, verandah railings have been fixed to verandah, owners have started to paint exterior of the house, and now the interior of the house is being lined

INTERNAL LININGS

Interior of the house is being lined and fix out has just started, with preparation to paint the interior
