" We are proud owners of an Agnes Water Kit Home. When we decided to re-locate to Agnes Water we visited exhibition homes and searched the web for kit homes so that we could owner/build our own home. After much research and discussion and a visit to the Agnes Water Kit Home office, where we were treated with professional expertise and courtsey we settled on an A W Kit Home.
Although there were many and varied plans available to chose from, we decided to design our own home and commissioned A W Kit Homes to draw up our plans and suggestions for submission to local council. This was done to our satisfaction and all items such as construction materials, cladding, roof etc. necessary to complete our construction were then discussed and finalised.
Construction from the stump stage to the roof trusses and eventual fit-out and completion went according to plan and all materials were delivered in time to follow our schedule.
All materials were of a high quality and we were given a wide selction to choose from.
Our home is now complete and we are extremely happy with the end result. We would have no hesitation in recommending A W Kit Homes to any prospective builder and/or owner builder who wish to ultilise their services."
