SUMMARY OF PRODUCT SUPPLIERS & GUARANTEES

Following is a brief outline on our suppliers and the guarantees they offer. Copies of individual company guarantee’s are available upon request. Individual company guarantees must be read for full terms and conditions; this is a general overview only.

Steel Stumps
Fabricated on premises by our Heavy Fabrication Engineer, all stumps are made from all gal steel and cold galvanized all welds. Hot dip galvanizing is available on request.

Sub-floor
The latest laminated products designed by Carter Holt & Harvey. A3 copies of bearer and joist layouts, installation booklets and all engineering certificates are supplied with the floor system. All LVL & Hybeam products carry a “life of building” guarantee, with the H2 & H3 treatment carrying a 25 year guarantee.

Verandah Beams
Depending on the plan either Hardwood or LVL beams, LVL carries the above mentioned guarantee and all hardwood beams meet the ‘Tradac’ requirements for the building industry.

Wall Frames & Roof Trusses
Designed using ‘Pryda’ computerised software and prefabricated in our Frame & Truss Plant located on the hardware premises. Frames and Trusses are supplied with all council certificates and A3 layouts for easy installation. Both frames and trusses come with a lifetime Pryda guarantee on design and fabrication.

Roof
All roofing products are supplied by Metal Roofing Industries, carrying a 15 year guarantee

Windows & Glass Sliding Doors
Manufactured and supplied by G James Glass, all windows and doors are supplied with a ‘compliance certificate’ for council and have a 7 year guarantee on each unit.

Cladding
Weathertex cladding carries a 25 year guarantee on rotting, splitting and cracking.

Internal Doors
All internal doors are supplied by Hume Doors and carry a 5 year guarantee
